Being on a drop zone, on an airfield, around aircraft, flying generally, participating in skydiving and parachuting and all related elements of these activities obviously exposes you to some new risks, which may cause or result in serious injury or death.
You must participate voluntarily and accept the risks in exchange for the enjoyment the activity offers.
Your participation in skydiving and parachuting activities and all related aviation elements is done entirely at your own risk.
You will be required to read, understand, complete, and sign a legally binding Exclusion of Liability, Indemnity Form, Assumption of Risk Agreement, and Medical Questionnaire and Declaration, and must assume personal responsibility for yourself, and for decisions regarding your safety.
FullHouse Aviation / SkyDiversity / individual Drop Zones – owners, operators, staff, management, and agents shall not be held responsible or liable for any accident, injury, death, damages, or any losses of any kind whatsoever, howsoever or whomsoever caused, whether from negligence, wrongful acts, omissions or otherwise whilst on any drop zone and/or whilst participating in and/or spectating and/or whilst exposed to all and any aviation elements associated with anything to do with participation in and/or engagement with any skydiving and parachuting activities.
